No, just jump straight in and start PlanDo-ing.

What happens when products and features are upgraded?
All new features that arrive on the platform during your subscription period, are absolutely free to you and all your users with the exception of our OnDemand programmes which are products and solutions tailored to particular audiences’ needs.

What happens when PlanDo adds On Demand programs?
You’ll be the first to know. We’ll even reward your loyalty and enthusiasm with a discounted OnDemand offer.

Can anyone sign up to PlanDo?
We love our users and want to make a positive impact on the lives of people we will never meet. We’d like to keep it that way so we may be selective. We reserve the right to refuse a client or prospective client if we believe there’s a conflict or risk. In some instances, we may run a credit risk check or decline if we think there’s a poor fit on values.

Does PlanDo work with profit for purpose organisations?
We openly support profit for purpose organisations. If you are a registered charity or even a great cause, speak with us to see what we can work out together.

Does PlanDo offer any other paid services?

Our pricing model is scaled for volume.

Absolutely none, unless you specifically request customised content or features. Let’s talk about requirements and we’ll come up with something that’s just right.

What currency will I be charged in?
All PlanDo transactions are conducted in USD

How do I start using PlanDo once I’ve signed up?

How will the charge appear on my credit card?
The charge will appear on your card with PlanDo followed by your user range and payment option e.g. “PLANDO MONTHLY”
Note: American Express will show “Stripe” and an address while a charge is pending. “Stripe” will be replaced by the aforementioned text within about 48 hours.

How can I pay for my subscription?
You can either pay your subscription annually in advance, which attracts a 16.67% discount, or if you prefer, you can pay monthly for a minimum of twelve months. Your recurring payments will be debited from your credit card automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact us with a request to cancel and we will process.

What if I don’t want to continue beyond my free trial?
Contact us with a request to cancel before the end of the trial period and we will process.

What happens if I leave my employer?
