In his private practice, Travis works with C-Suite executives and their leaders and boards across the ASX Top 200 companies, BRW Top 100 private companies, federal, state and local government and not-for-profit sectors and across a broad range of industries including mining, engineering, construction, defence, professional services, FMCG, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, financial services and banking industries.
He currently holds an honorary academic appointment as Adjunct Associate Professor at UniSA Business School at the University of South Australia and was previously an Honorary Principal Fellow at the Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong. For 10 years he was Adjunct Senior Lecturer in the Coaching Psychology Unit at the University of Sydney.
He has published widely in the professional and research literature on leadership, executive performance, education and executive coaching and is co-editor of the international peer-reviewed scientific journal, the International Coaching Psychology Review.
